  • Do you allow dogs?

    •  Yes, we are fully dog-friendly!

  • Are your dishes halal?

    • There is no meat on the menu, so everything is completely halal.

  • Is there dairy in your batter?

    • Our batter is completely allergen-free: no dairy, no gluten, no eggs; and still with an amazing taste and texture!

  • Do you batter your fish in beer?

    • There is no alcohol used in our dishes, and our batter is completely free of all allergens.

  • Are you completely gluten-free?

    • Yes! Even our vinegar is gluten-free.

  • Do you serve alcohol? Can we bring our own?

    • We do; with our beers, wines and ciders all being gluten-free*. However, we do not partake in bring-your-own-beer anymore.

         *We have one local ale that does contain gluten.

  • How do I book a seafood boil?

    • Please visit this link to read all the instructions for how our Boil preorder system works. First you must book a table to make sure we have the space for the time you wish, and then fill out the preporder form and pay the deposit. This will secure your boil and your booking.

  • If I preorder a seafood boil, will this also book a table?

    • No. It is best to book the table first, and then do the preorder after to avoid any issues and allow the team to efficiently secure your booking and ingredients for the boil.

  • Do you serve the lunch deal everyday?

    • Yes, this is served every day between the hours of 12PM - 3PM.

  • How will I get my deposit back?

    • This will be deducted from your total bill upon payment. Or, if requested, we can refund the deposit amount directly to the card which was used to pay the deposit.

  • How far in advance will I need to preorder the seafood boil?

    • We require at least 24 hours in advance for the seafood boil preorder.

  • Do you do battered sausage?

    • We are completely meat-free, and while we have frequent requests for this on our menu, we have endeavoured to keep our menu free of any allergens or non-fish mains.

  • Do you have vegan options?

    • We have many, including our very-popular Battered Banana Blossom.

  • How do you prepare your live lobsters and crabs?

    • We painlessly and quickly prepare them for boiling with a sharp and precise incision to the back of the neck/head.
